Building & neighbourhood planning

We offer the planning and realisation of your building project. Sustainable concepts with renewable energies and renewable or recycled building materials play a key role. The findings from life cycle assessments, research and professional dialogue over the last 20 years are incorporated directly into the planning. Sustainability certification (or a corresponding assessment without a certificate) in accordance with kfW, QNG, BNB, DGNB, ResScore etc. is possible.

The approach
In Europe, there are at least 500 settlements and urban quarters that have been realised according to sustainability criteria, of which 70,000 housing units, slightly more than half, are in Germany. Around 320 projects are listed in the web database for sustainable settlements and neighbourhoods. www.sdg21.eu which has been operated by greenUP-Architektur und Bauberatung as a best and good practice database since 2000.
