We undertake planning, projects or studies for private, commercial or public clients. The determination of construction costs and the development of a building or neighbourhood concept with the highest possible quality and within a given budget are the focus of greenUP's work. Subsidies can often be used for the realisation of building projects. We can also take on the application process and, if necessary, the preparation of the necessary certificates (GEG, QNG, etc.).

greenUP environment
The greenUP office has been located in the artists' quarter of Bonn's old town not far from the Frankenbad since 2021. Previously, it was located in the city centre and in Bonn's Südstadt district. All three neighbourhoods are characterised by a strong mix of uses and an urban flair. In the artists' quarter, it is above all the Macke House, the Artists' Forum, the Women's Museum, the numerous studios and the varied and good gastronomy (cafés, pubs and restaurants) that characterise the Veedel - as they say in Bonn.
UN Sustainability Site Bonn
Another advantage is the short distances to the UN campus (including the Secretariat of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, the Secretariat of the UN Convention to Combat Desertification, the World Biodiversity Council IPBES and the World Conference Center WCCB) or to the former government quarter. Important national and international institutions for sustainable settlement and urban development such as BMUB, BBSR/BBR, BMEL, BMBF, BfN, KfW and BMZ/GIZ, but also foundations (Stiftung Umwelt und Entwicklung NRW, Montag Stiftung Urbane Räume or Stiftung Mitarbeit) and NGOs such as ICLEI (Local Governments for Sustainability), Eurosolar and GermanWatch have their headquarters here. In addition, important organisations such as the offices of the German Association of Cities and the DIFU are located in Cologne. In general, the city of Bonn is located in one of the densest science regions in Europe.
