- A total of €15 million (2023: €9 million) will be available for the Cooperative Housing programme in 2024, which will be disbursed in the form of low-interest loans. A repayment subsidy of 7.5 % is also available. The maximum amount per loan subsidy is 100,000 euros.
- Funding is available both for newly established housing co-operatives and for participation in an existing housing co-operative.
- The prerequisite for the subsidy is that the cooperative shares acquired are used for the owner-occupation of the cooperative flat. Private individuals are eligible to apply.
