Sustainable concepts with renewable energies and renewable or recycled building materials play a key role here. Findings from life cycle assessments and research work flow directly into the planning. GEG, kfW or Proof of sustainability can be supplied.

greenUP SOLAR

We offer a customised design and realisation of Solar systems on your current heating system or in combination with a heat pump as well as the planning and realisation of Energy concepts for your property. We endeavour to select components that come from the D A CH region or at least Europe.

Advice on subsidies is always part of the offer:
- Nationwide 0% Value added tax on PV systems for systems up to 30 kWp. Basically, this subsidy gives you the battery for free (a battery is usually the most expensive component of a solar power system)
- Cities like Bonn or Cologne have their own municipal funding programmes
- for Heat pumps there are grants of up to 70%

greenUP SOLAR specialises in tenant electricity systems, battery retrofitting of existing systems and PV systems for building owners who want to install their own PV modules, for example.

Based in Bonn, greenUP Architektur & Bauberatung has been providing nationwide consulting services since 2011. Since the year 2000, the greenUP founder and Managing Director Dipl.-Ing.
