Solar & TGA

In many federal states there is a solar obligation for new buildings and roof renovations. In NRW, too, solar energy will be mandatory for new commercial and industrial buildings from 1 January 2024 and for new residential buildings from 1 January 2025. We can help you to implement affordable and sustainable solutions for your project.

Offered are Conceptualisations, Planning or Evaluations for the sustainable energy and cost optimisation of existing or planned buildings and districts:

  • Planning and implementing PV systems
  • Heat pumps, solar thermal, Solar local heating with seasonal storage
  • Energy storage for electricity, heat and with e-cars, Green Hydrogen as storage in combination with fuel cells
  • Plant design and tender enquiries, site management
  • Thermal insulation verification, building energy verification, passive house verification with PHPP
  • 100 % Renewable Energy Concepts: Plus Energy, Zero Emission, Greenhouse Gas Free or Climate Neutral
  • Integral climate protection and energy concepts with consideration of electromobility
  • Operator models, legal advice, profitability calculations / life cycle costing (LCC)
  • Funding advice e.g. 'Federal funding for efficient buildings' through the 'NH class' of the 'Quality Seal Sustainable Building' (QNG)

Work focus: Energy transition from the bottom up with PV systems

Studied physics at the University of Halle-Wittenberg; professional roots in German car sharing (teilAuto Mitteldeutschland, DB Flinkster, Scouter Carsharing); since 2017 realisation of PV roof systems in the segment up to 750 kWp; convinced of the energy transition from below (Stecker-Solar).
