- Preparation of comparative climate, energy and life cycle assessments with assessment or life cycle assessment tools (ResScore, Kurt, CAALA, eLCA, EcoRegion, LEGEP, etc.) and construction databases or construction information systems (WECOBIS, bauteilkatalog, baubook, ÖkoBauDat, ProBas, GEMIS, BASIS, etc.) in accordance with the applicable standardisation rules and the rules of certification procedures such as DGNB or BNB, etc.
- Support auditors in carrying out assessments or certifications with BNB, DGNB, DCBA, EcoCity, etc.
- Preparation of LCA reviews
- Classification of LCA characteristics of clients' buildings in comparison with top projects
- Transferring the results of scientific studies on sustainable building into planning knowledge
- Ecological design and construction (product) consulting and optimisation of a building design
- Creation of sustainability concepts in the area of settlement and neighbourhood planning with in-depth coverage of the topics of climate protection, energy, mobility, blue-green infrastructure and climate adaptation, as well as soil protection and land-saving construction
